Intergated Cards & Labels Guidelines

Knowing how to supply jobs with Integrated Cards and Labels can help save on production times and cost.

Cards must have bled images with a minimum of an extra 2mm overhanging actual cutter.

The laminate should be at least 6mm, preferably 10mm if possible, bigger than the cut-out for the card and should not touch or exceed the edge of the finished size.

The laminate must not encroach over any perforation as this would then be impossible to tear, unless specified.

Instructions are an advantage alongside the card to show which edge to bend the card from.

Some forms that need to be perforated will need the integrated card to be positioned far enough away so the laminate doesn't go into the perforation.

Many of the integrated card forms we produce have a small instruction added next to the card to describe the way the card is to be removed from the sheet. This will need adding on the artwork when it's being designed.
