Dedicated reel to sheet is an efficient method of printing high volumes of small orders or large orders of cut sheets, books and pads much faster and more economically than conventional sheet printing.

With a maximum sheet size of 610x510mm we are able to produce a wide range of form sizes in upto 12 colours including 4-colour process, plus spot varnish and UV drying on coated and uncoated papers or NCR sets up to 7 parts.

Comprehensive in-house finishing services include on-line numbering and perforating, Tamarack web finishing for added value integrated labels and cards and the full range of fully automated off-line options including: padding, folding, stitching, drilling, guillotining and punching; hand-finishing for fan gluing, drawn-on and wrap-round covers; taping, shrink wrapping and small size boxes for easier handling; in-line polypropylene ream wrapping, including tear open strip, in various quantities.

The ream wrapping line enables us to offer very rapid turnaround work on A4 and other sizes, particularly where the print has been produced on a press with UV.

This is especially beneficial where heavy inking is required and short delivery time essential.
