Supplying Digital Files
When supplying files for use in pre-press it is important we receive everything we need.
Quark Xpress 7.3:
We can accept all Quark Xpress files upto version 7.3 but do not accept multi language documents.
The files must be in the correct spot colours or four colour process whichever is required. All fonts and logo's included in the document must also be sent.
The files will need to be set at the correct size and a PDF or hard copy sent in the post to check the details against.

Adobe Illustrator CS2:
We accept logos and forms in the latest CS2 format but also accept all older versions.
The logos must be set in the correct spot colours with the appropriate bleed, to help with registration when on the printing press.
All fonts must be outlined within the image and any linked logo's within the Illustrator file will need to be sent.
Adobe Photoshop CS2:
We have the latest Photoshop CS2 software. We also accept earlier versions.
The logo's need to either be saved in the format .tif, eps, or dcs in the appropriate colours.
We do not accept low resolution jpegs or Gif files as they are often merely poor quality web graphics.
Adobe InDesign CS2:
We are currently running the latest CS version of InDesign.
The files and any logos supplied have to be set in the appropriate spot colours. The fonts and linked images also need supplying with the file.
The file will need to be set at the correct size and a PDF or hard copy sent in the post to check the details against.
Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Professional
Print ready PDF files may be used but must be set in the correct spot colours or four colour whichever is required.
Any bleed needed will have to be included before making the PDF files, to accommodate registration indicators when printing to press and also any bleed over any labels or cards within the form.

Macromedia Freehand MX
We have the latest Macromedia MX software.
The files and any logo's included need to be set in the appropriate spot colours. The fonts and any linked images also need supplying.

Microsoft Office
Conditions of sale can be supplied in Word or Excel and also any black monotone forms as these can be output as PDF's.
